In order to keep my practice affordable and accessible to everyone,
I meet with clients through video conferencing.
By taking an appointement with me, you accept my terms and conditions.

A moment for you, a place to settle in, whether you are composed or in chaos.
A space where your thoughts, fears, joys, sorrows, and even anger are welcome.
There are no bad emotions; they are merely passing through, like messengers. It is up to us to become aware of them, accept their reality, understand their message. By taking responsibility for them, we can make decisions and take actions that align with our values, needs, and boundaries.
This form of sessions is often the one that causes the most fear. The greatest concern is usually that the therapist will take sides. In all honesty, I do have a bias —drumroll — it is for the relationship!
Indeed, it is the relationship itself that is in therapy. You come to consult as a team to untangle a dynamic that is no longer satisfying, with a common goal in mind to resolve as a team.
Unlike individual sessions, the framework here is a bit stricter. While it remains rooted in the Creative Non-Directive Approach (CNDA®), we alternate which person brings a topic to the table at each meeting. We then work through it together using a methodology explained in the first session, always moving toward your shared objective.
At the following meeting, the second person can choose to continue on the same subject if they feel the need, but most of the time, a new topic is introduced.
Have you ever paid for a service only to realize within the first three minutes that you wouldn't be satisfied?
I have, and it’s very frustrating, especially these days when everything feels overpriced.
With that in mind, I offer a 20-minute phone or video call to answer any questions you may have, giving you the chance to see if we vibe!
